Can we schedule a tour or walkthrough?
Yes, all tours and walkthroughs are free. Please inquire to set up a time that works for you.
Are there nearby hotels for guests?
Yes, there is hotels and air bnbs we can recommend.
Is there a kitchen for caterers to use?
There is a small prep kitchen but limited power, generators may be brought on site for extra power options. We have 3 fridges and a covered deck with tables for buffet style dinner.
When can we begin setting up on the wedding day?
Most of the set up can be done the day before the wedding or morning of.
What is the backup plan for bad weather?
It is an outdoor venue, we do have a covered 20x60 tent and also walls for it incase of bad weather.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, parking is located in the field of the venue. We have parking signs and arrows for where to park.
Is there a bridal suite and grooms room avaliable?
We have an onsite Spa/Salon for getting ready day of but no accommodations. Hotels and Air BNB rentals are nearby. We do have space for RV Parking.
What is the maximum guest capacity?
Cambie Country Weddings can comfortably host 130 guests.
Is there different packages avaliable?
Yes, we have 3 different package options.
Is there any noise restrictions or curfews?
We kindly ask that the wedding, music and bar to be finished by 12:30 PM.
Do you provide transportation or shuttles?
We have local taxis and shuttle recommendations.
Do you provide bar service or allow BYOB?
We have bartenders we can recommend. **Liquor license must be obtained for serving alcohol onsite.
Do you provide staff for set up and clean up?
Set up and take down is a team effort for all those involved helping with the wedding.
Do you provide an officant?
We have officiants we can recommend.
Do you offer in-house catering?
No but we are happy to send over a list of amazing catering companies that we recommend.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Overall, it is - there are areas on our property that would require assistance.
Is the venue available year round?
The venue is available May-October.
What is your payment schedule and cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but you may transfer to a different date if needed.
Do you require event insurance?
Yes.
Is overnight parking allowed?
Yes, we recommend anyone that is drinking to stay overnight. There is lots of camping space onsite for the weekend. RV's are allowed.
Can we decorate the venue ourselves?
Yes, we also have a team that can help with decorating and set up.
Can we hold both the ceremony and reception at the venue?
Yes.
Do you have an on-site coordinator?
Yes, please let us know if you are needing to book a coordinator.
Can we bring in our own caterer?
Yes, you may bring in all vendors for your event.
Do you have heating and air-conditioning?
No, our venue is located outdoors but we have heaters and there is walls on the outdoor tent.
What are your rental hours?
We typically rent the property out for 3 days; Friday - Sunday
Do you provide tables, chairs and linens?
Yes these are included.
